All of our meat, fish and vegetarian canapés are hand-made on our site, and delivered direct to you. All of our canapés are plated on white china to impress your guests.

Highlights of the menus include:

- Thai green Farm Assured chicken curry with jasmine scented rice in a short crust pasty spoon

- Freshly baked mini naan breads filled with our hand-crafted kofte kebabs, drizzled with a soupçon of cucumber raita.

- Teriyaki English fillet of beef with toasted sesame seeds skewer.

- Hand-made pork chorizo and sage patties marinated with chefs' barbecue sauce laid on a toasted crostini.

- A mini mixed Indian grill of Tandoori chicken; lamb and button mushroom skewer.

- Hoi sin Barbary duck confit topped with spring onion and nestled in crispy noodles.
