FAQs

If you have any questions or queries, please check the frequently asked questions below.

We’ve put together answers to most of the questions you might have – and some you might never have thought of.

How to order
How do I book waiters for my event?

Some of our menu packs already include staff as the style of food requires waiters to ensure a smooth service. However as we own our own staffing agency, we can easily add waiters to your event for any of the menus within our pack. It can be a good option to include a few members of staff if you are looking for a more formal or polished event or you want to save yourself the hassle of having to rush around during the event.

How do I book catering if my venue or office has no kitchen facilities?

There are lots of ways around producing excellent quality food at a location with limited or no kitchen facilities. If you need hot food then we can either hot box the food from our central London production kitchen or set up a temporary kitchen using equipment that we can bring to your chosen site. We would have a conversation prior to preparing a quotation about the menu you are looking for. If we were finishing off any food preparation we would always come and visit the site first to ensure we understand how to work safely within the space.

How do I order office catering?

It is simple to order catering for your office. Simply look at our website, download our menus, decide what you would like and then call or email us what, when and where you need it. Alternatively, give us a call and we can take you through all the options and menu ideas that might suit you. We are happy to create a bespoke menu to match your style and budget, just let us know what you are looking for and I’m sure we’ll be able to help you out.

Delivery Information
What do I need to know about delivery?

We deliver every day of the week, including weekends. Please note that for weekends and early mornings or late nights there could be an additional delivery charge.

We will then arrange a collection of our plates either later on in the day, or the following day if we have just provided you with a drop off service. We can arrange this with you upon delivery.

Our refrigerated vans deliver within the boundaries of the M25.

Deliveries are priced according to your location so just let us know where to go and we can confirm what the cost would be. Prices vary between free and £32 + VAT which includes delivery and collection of our equipment.

If you are planning to use us on a regular basis or you are looking for a longer term contract, please call us to discuss this as prices do vary for each order.

On occasion we can provide national delivery and collection. This would first need to be discussed with one of our team members so please call us to talk through the possibilities.

How is your food presented?

We believe that presentation is key for all our deliveries, whether it’s a simple sandwich lunch or an elegant three course dinner. Our daytime catering will always come served on white melamine or china plates with garnish decorations. It is wrapped to ensure the presentation is just as good when it arrives with you as when it leaves our kitchen. For our evening and event catering we have a whole range of interesting wooden, slate and stylish serving dishes which are always garnished beautifully.

Pre-payment will need to be received at least 24 hours before delivery. If Kudos Delivered has not received full payment, the order will not be honoured and you will be liable for full cancellation charges.

If your event or catering delivery is confirmed less than one (1) month before date of delivery then Kudos Delivered will raise an invoice requiring full payment of all monies due (non-refundable) to be received seven (7) days before the event or catering delivery date.
